Nokia Sues Apple Over Technology Patents
A lawsuit from Finnish mobile phone giant Nokia alleges that Apple infringed on five of its patents in the production of the iPhone and iPad. This suit follows an October lawsuit in which Nokia accused Apple of infringing on 10 of its patents.

It’s so simple in its elegance that you wonder why it hadn’t been pulled off earlier. All that’s needed is a magician, his assistant and a rope. In the 1800s, several versions were reported. In the basic version, the magician throws up the rope and contrary to the laws of gravity, it stays stiff and erect and his little boy assistant clambers up to the top and slithers down.
