I read a great deal of my books on the Amazon Kindle now so Im really positive about a possible ipad. What are your thoughts?

    There is a very simple reason why this thing doesn't have a usb port.
    If you had one, you could connect to the internet with a simple (and cheap) usb mobile device. Instead you need to pay $130 more.

    Also you could have some extra storage on your usb key. Instead, they want you to pay $200 more to upgrade from 16gb to 64gb.

    Hi I'm thinking of getting a ipad I haven't stoped going on about it but the 64GB Wifi+3G is $829 and I worked out on a currency converter it woul cost around £530 do u think that apple will sell it about £600 instead of £550 :(

    Plus it's $349 more expensive then netbooks, around the same size, with mutli-touch screens, and duel core mutlitasking windows processors and OS

    the iPad isn't a netbook, it's not a laptop it's a big freaking iPod at 5 times the price!

    ipad sucks all u pay is the name "apple ipad" on it for how much 600? omfg yall are nuts go on ebay and u can ind similar for like 300$ 400 same technology but no apple logo on it who gives a shit about the logo I found a good tablet similar to ipad a lot better with in full HD 160GB HDD and HDMI pots and stuff like that a lot better than this crap GO an ebay its there all u gotta do is search "tablet pc" theres so many dif. with actuall Windoows on it not like an like an iphone operating sistem

    I'll buy a refurbished one for around 50-100 dollars less. I definitely see potential in this product though. The large screen will be perfect for playing games like Earthworm Jim and Doom, Drawing and Typing, and surfing the web. So yeah, I'll scoop one up when it comes out.
