The W350 is very stylish. I can finally have a phone that is truly small enough to put in the pocket of my jeans. The very first thing I worry is scratching the screen like my iPod Nano. Surprisingly, the screen is scratch free after months of putting and pulling out of my jeans. The phone is small and light in weight but felt very solid.

This phone is not easy to use. The number keys are really big and easy to press. However, they have to make the navigation keys very small to make the number keys big. The navigation keys are too small to use. I need to hold the phone with my left hand and use my finger nail of my right hand to press the navigation keys. Plus I cannot flip the phone open with one hand. It cannot be used with just one hand like the other candy bar phones. The W350 is really a flip phone; not a candy bar phone.

Sound quality is as good as any other Sony Ericsson. The speakerphone is loud. The screen is very clear to see even under direct sunlight. The ringer is really loud. That is good.

Compared to my W810i, the W350 really lacks of many useful functions.

The W350 does not have Voice Command. This is very bad without VC because the W350 is too small to use while driving.

The W350 has a really lousy camera. No video. No flashlight. I love the flashlight from my W810.

This is really a flip phone. There is no Voice Command. So, I cannot use the bluetooth to dial anything. I have to flip it open (with two hands. I can't flip it open with one hand) and punch the numbers before I can make any call. The worst part is that after I dial the number, I cannot close the flap right away. If I close the flap before it is ringing, the phone will hang up the call. This is not safe to use the W350 while driving.

The Walkman Player is not easy to use. I can move from menu 1 to menu 2 and menu 3 up to the playlist to play the song. Once I get to the playlist, I cannot go back to menu 3 or menu 2 or menu 1. There is no back function. I can use the forward function to go back to menu 1. But once I am in menu 1, I cannot go back to the current playlist anymore. I have to wait for the phone to go to standby. When I press a key to wake up the phone, it then will come back to the current playlist. Another thing is that I cannot select an entire album to put in the playlist. I have to select song by song. It is just so confusing to use. So, keep your iPod.

The W350 doesn't come with any accessory either. No memory card, no headphone. no car charger. no CD. no nothing. My W810i comes with all of these except the memory card.

To sum it up, the W350 is a just a ok phone.

OK so I love this phone but there is one major problem that I have had with it and other people have had with it, and that is the cover on the phone Cracks and then breaks off just from normal use. this means you can not lock the keys when it is your pocket, how bad is it my 3rd phone is being shipped to me right now and I only got the first phone six months ago. they even tried to charge me $65 for the first one I sent back, and they were not going to let me send the second one back, but I got the right person on the line and then I had to go into the at&t store to have them tell the non native English speaker at the other end of the phone that it was not my fault that it broke. I tried to get a totally different phone but the guy on the other end said it was the only one I could get, so now every three months I am going to go in and get a new phone and make at&t pay for it

I got this phone as a free upgrade. It is so small! I have small hands but these buttons were even too small for me. Definitely not a good phone for someone with bigger hands. The flip cover is very flimsy. Mine broke off in about a month. To listen to music you have to buy special ear buds, it was not even worht it. I was not at all impressed with this phone. After it broke I went back to using my Motorola Razor.

I see why this phone is "free" because it is not really functional as a phone! This phone is so light and flimsy, I was afraid to carry it in my purse. The battery cover seems like it is cover to crack off. The buttons are small and difficult to push, unless you have styli-type nails. I never used the MP3 option, but my assumption is that that is what the true appeal to this "phone" is. As a phone, I would say it does not make the grade, other then that fact, I hear the callers very well. As a MP3 player, I suspect it is great only because it is a terrible phone functionally (what other function could this blob of plastic serve?).

This is a awsome phone!! It is like a cell phone and a ipod put together.
If you want to download more than two songs, you have to buy a 1GB chip.
1GB can hold 10,000 songs and pictures. You can also buy a 2GB chip witch holds 20,000 songs and pictures!!! That is a lot of songs!!
It is a perfect phone.
