How do you repair touchscreen for Sony Ericsson k850i?

I have a sony ericsson k850i and the three touchscreen keys are not working at all. How do I repair this problem?

Well k850 is not a touchscreen phone. Anyway you can change the casing of the phone.

Hannah, I’ve had my Sony Ericsson K850i for 2 days and my battery doesn’t last very long.
