My sony ericsson w580i has an error message when i try to download the pic my friends send me How do i fix it?

I have a sony ericcson w580i, but i have an error message every time i try to download a pic that my friends send me. How can i fix it?

Also does anyone know how to un-debrand a sony ericsson w580i? To have it as a regular at&t phone? Because my friend debranded it, and it’s not very convenient for me.
